A thin, blond-haired man known for his eccentric ideas and desire to fly. He somewhat excitable, has a soft voice, and is very dextrous. He dresses well, and is quite wealthy, and can be reclusive. He seems to have no real fear. He is quite strong, and is not tied to any particular workshop. He carries a saw spear and pistol, as they are relatively light.

B I O (How the character interacts with the world): 

An eccentric born and bred, Gideon Rosewater was aways fascinated with the idea of flight. He has a habit of locking himself up in his manor for days on end, designing and redesigning new and bizarre creations. He had some ill will towards Djura thanks to being rejected. He lives in a a manor located very high up on the mountain. He very recently designed and built the final version of his "Human Transportation Kite" a large glider that can carry a human through the air. His use of these kites led to people dubbing him "The Flying Man" or "The Flying Hunter."

Human Transport Kite: A large kite-like apparatus designed and built by Gideon himself. He uses it to glide through the air. The design of this device is known only to him.

B A C K G R O U N D : 

Gideon is a hunter known for eccentricity and grew up in a rich family. He had been an inventor from an early age, and was especially fascinated by the idea of flight. He built many kites and other bizarre inventions and attempted to join the powder kegs, who rejected him due his designs being so odd and impractical. However, after many failures, he finally completed his magnum opus, a glider capable of carrying his weight. He used this device to fly over Yharnam, causing quite a stir. It was after this moment that he became known as the "The Flying Hunter." He did his best to make the kite cost effective, as it could get broken on landing.
